Month of Anti-Olympic Resistance Unleashed
Members of the Olympics Resistance Network held a press conference in Vancouver’s downtown east side today to affirm their plans to protest the 2010 Games. The Anti-Olympics convergence will begin with a peoples’ summit, to take place Feb 10 and 11th. On Friday, Feb. 12, the Welcoming Committee will carry off a massive protest against the Olympic Torch and the opening ceremonies of the Games.
