Tour of Vancouver, BC Canada from Cessna 172 plus some touch and go’s

One of the new flyers at the field is taking his commercial pilots license, and took me up in a small 3 seater Cessna 172. Clouded over a bit but still some great views. More to come for sure. We pass by a few landmarks, Lions Gate Bridge, World Famous Stanley Park, BC Place, and some Downtown Vancouver footage. Peter Chao Speaking Some Taishanese (???) XD

In the video, Peter Chao goes to Vancouver’s Chinatown and speaks to a Merchant (the Chinese lady). In the whole conversation Peter Chao speaks to the lady in Guangzhou Cantonese and the Chinese lady reponds to Peter Chao in Taishanese Cantonese (Toisan). In the conversation, Peter Chao actually speaks some Tashanese lol ie Ngoi Yiu Oh (I have alot), Ngoi Mo Ngan! (i have no money) lol, and Gem Ngit (Today). It’s interesting how Peter Chao understand Taishanese and knows how to speak some, but i guess because most of Vancouver Chinatown is dominated by Taishanese. I wonder if Peter Chao is Taishanese ?! lol
